Hi Guys

Sorry we haven't been keeping in touch but MR Hornby's away sick from the start of term and hes scheduled to arrive back in Week 7.

We have recently had our school folk dancing competition, where we compete in our house groups and perform several traditional dances. The winner was Waingawa house (the house Mr Hornby's in charge of).

We are also training for cross- country where we will run around a set track to find the best runners in the school who will then go on to the interschool tournament and compete against the best from other schools in Masterton.

Another thing thats happening is the 40 Hour Famine, which is run by World Vision where you have to sacrifice something you en joy for 40 hours and get sponsored for it. The money goes to World Vision to help them. I am doing the no technology famine. To find out more, click here.

Hi to you all

Just to let you know our blog in school is filtered again so we are unable to use it just now. I am writing this from home. We are all sorry to hear that Mr Hornby has been unwell and wish him a speedy recovery.

We had Elrick's Got Talent last week which was fantastic. We are now preparing for our class elections next Thurs 6th May (same day as our 'real' General Election').
