Fantastic to see your blog posts. You're so clever. It is really fun to read them and find out all about the things that you are interested in and what you like to do. This picture shows what our mountains looked like this morning. (from my house)You can see alittle snow on the tops. They are called the Tararua ranges and the highest peak is The Mitre at 1570m high (it looks like a bishop's hat). The Tararuas run down the centre of the bottom part of the North Island.
