Hi,

No, we don't have activity time at Solway, but it sounds fun. We have just got back from Auckland and it was amazing. Yesterday we went to Westfield, which is a big shopping mall chain around Auckland. We went to the one in Henderson and I bought some Lego.

Mr Hornby is sick so we probably won't be able to do our blogs in school now and kiDZ-i The Web Show© probably won't be running because we make it on Mr Hornby's Laptop.

hi Mitchell i have just came back from our two week Easter holidays. In the first week I went to a football camp for a whole week. It was 5 hours a day it was a little tiring but i really liked it. At the end of the week there was an award ceremony.

What I Did In My Holiday

I went to my second cousins farm. I got to sit with lambs and cuddle them too.I got to ride on a

I also went to my granny's house and stayed in my carivan and my cousins(lindsey and rorry) stayed in my granny's house. My granny has a friend that lives on a farm. We all went to the farm. We went to the farm we saw a 2 lambs being born and got to see much more and allso saw orfin lambs and got to pick them up and bottle feed them.We got to took some frog spon from a pond then wean back to my granny's house and went to the burn(the one next to my granny's. Sadly we did't get to take them home.

I went to my friend Shaun's house for a play lukely Shaun has a pond.I got spon there.

Hi Everyone

Hi,
Yesterday we arrived in Auckland at the train scheduled time of 7:20pm . It felt like an Overnight train because it started getting dark at about 5:30. We packed our own lunch but for tea I had a "Great Railway Pie" from the buffet car. We were in Carriage C, which was the closest carriage to the engine but was slightly older than A and B which weret the back. Carriage A had a big window at the back with a table and couches and I played chess with this other kid. We had three crews that swapped when we met the southbound Overlander. Our first crew got on at Wellington, the second at National Park, and the third at Hamilton. At lunch we stopped for 25 minutes at Ohakune. When we arrived it was amazing. The train passed through the centre of Auckland and the lights were spectacular !!! We also went past a place where you could see the Skyline with the lights reflecting on the water !!!!! Here's some pics of our journey.

Tommorow morning we're taking the 'Overlander'(a rail link from Wellington to Auckland), to Auckland. It takes about 9 hours leaving from Palmerston North (where we are leaving from).

We're staying with friends and we're going to pick up a car that we bought on the internet.

When we are there I will hopefully take some pictures and do a blog (we are not taking a laptop).
